testing of push button switch  using digital multi meter

components required for the testing of push button switch are 

1. push button switch  

2. digtal multi meter 

    procedure                                                                                                                                             

         step 1

                Connect the multi meter  with probes positive and negative  with signs given +, -.                                                    and keep the multi meter in buzzer mode
       
         Step 2
                  
                   connect the multi meter probes [ balck and red] to the push button  switch  terminals  as it has two terminals    

         step 3

                 push the buttton   of the switch  down wards to   make it ON  , and note the readings  of multi meter 


Note:

          check the reading of multi meter  should be 0.1 (or) 0.2 units
